Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Manalapan High School Braves Discount Card the store representative agree to the following guidelines:

1. The store representative who is completing the registration process certifies that they have the authority to authorize such a discount at their establishment.
2. The store agrees to acknowledge their discount from the time of printing untill six months after.
3. The store understands that there are only certain stipulations applied to this discount and any others must be entered at the time of registration.
4. The store representative understands that Manalapan High School recieves many requests to be on our Braves Card and that filling out our application does not gaurentee a spot on our card.
5. The store understands that once they submit their discount they will not recieve a proof unless otherwise requested. If no proof is requested, or approval of the proof is not given within the timeline given, Manalapan High School will print on the card what was entered on the agreement.
6. The store understands that what they submit on the discount card agreement is what will be printed on the final card.
7. The store understands that the selection of store discounts to be placed on the card is on the discresion of Manalapan High School. Their may be more than one participating store in the same line of business and Manalapan High School will not remove one store to include another in the same catagory based on a store representative's request.
